Paper’s page limit is six pages, up to two more extra pages is allowed, with the extra charge of 2,000,000 IRR ( € 100) per page.

Note 1:

In order to submit the final paper, at least one of the authors has to register in advance until Nov.10, 2020. Authors registered as student are allowed to upload only 1 contribution. With a regular registration up to 2 contributions can be registered. If you want to upload more contributions, a new registration is needed. Six pages including figures in standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper. You can purchase a maximum of two additional pages for each contribution at an extra charge of 2,000,000 IRR ( € 100) per page.

Note 2:

Authors with 2 papers (Student or non-student) who want to upload both of their contributions with one registration are recommended to make a full registration.

Note 3:

If you have three or more papers to present, it is recommended that for each paper (or two papers) one person is registered (or full registered), and for the rest papers the co-author(s) register. By this means you and your co-author(s) can enjoy participating at the conference venue.

Note 4:

The payment for authors with international affiliations shall be paid in €.

Note 5:

Please upload a scan of your IEEE/ RSI/ Mechatronics membership card if you would like to use the corresponding discounts.

Your registration fee can be refunded for a 25% cancellation fee with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final contribution to ICRoM, it can’t be refunded. On or after October 30, 2023 the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
