Proposal Submissions

Proposals for half-day and full-day workshops/tutorials are welcome. Workshops/tutorials will be held on November 17, before the regular sessions of the conference on November 18 and 19. Workshops should provide a forum for participants to discuss emerging and active research areas. We particularly welcome workshops that present content not typically found in the regular sessions of the conference. Proposals should discuss how the workshop/tutorial will facilitate comprehensive discussion on the selected topic and promote the active participation of and interaction between the attendees. Specifically, proposals should include the following:

- Duration
- Title
- Organizers (affiliations and contact information)
- Objectives (max 500 words)
- Topics of interest (up to 5 keywords)
- List of speakers (names, affiliations and talk titles)
- Structure (talks, expert panels, Q&A)
- Intended audience (max 300 words)
- Expected attendance
- Special requests (e.g., whiteboard or poster stands)

Workshop/Tutorial proposals shall be sent on or before Sept. 10, 2021.  Please send your Workshop/Tutorial proposal or any questions to:
