انجمن رباتیک ایران در راستای ترغيب و تشويق پژوهشگران اعم از دانشجويان، دانش آموزان و صنعتگران، همچنین كمك به گسترش زمينه كاربرد سيستم‌های رباتيك و مکاترونيک در سازمان‌ها و مراكز صنعتی و خدماتی، همچون سال‌های گذشته اقدام به برگزاری نمایشگاه و مسابقه خلاقیت به موازات هفتمین کنفرانس بین‌المللی رباتیک و مکاترونیک نموده است که امسال در دانشگاه علم و صنعت برگزار خواهد شد.

جمع بندی در قالب فرمت مشخص شده؛
ارائه فیلم عملکردی سیستم ساخته شده یا شبیه سازی شده با فرمت و زمان مشخص؛
با توجه به محدودیت فضای نمایشگاه، لازم است هر یک از تیم ها حداكثر 3 نفر را به عنوان مسئولین ارائه پروژه در كنفرانس معرفی نمایند (سایر اعضا می‌توانند به عنوان بازدید کننده از فضای نمایشگاه استفاده نمایند)؛
لازم است هر تیم یک سرپرست به همراه ایمیل و شماره موبایل برای انجام مکاتبات و تماس فوری معرفی كند؛
تذكر: برای شركت در نمایشگاه محدودیت سنی وجود ندارد.
